Chili Recipe



2 lbs Lean Ground Beef



1 large Yellow Onion (diced)



53oz Can Pork and Beans



28oz Can Diced Tomatoes



28oz Can Kidney Beans (rinsed and
strained)



½ Cup Ground Chili Powder



1/8 Cup Montreal Steak Seasoning Mix



¾ Cup d’Art
Wine “Cabernet (any vintage)”



1 Tbs Olive Oil



Sauté onions in olive oil until
clear.  Add ground beef chop fine
while cooking. Add Chili powder and Montreal Seasoning.  Stir and cook until ground beef is
fully cooked.  Add pork and beans,
kidney beans and tomatoes.  Stir in
until hot and incorporated.  Add d’Art Wine, stir and
simmer on low for ½ - 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
