Symphony is a grape created at UC Davis in the late 1940's.  It is a cross between Muscat of Alexandria and Grenache Gris.  Our 2023 is 10.5% alcohol with a very lovely fragrant nose and semi sweet.  Wonderful any time but particularly refreshing during our warm summer months.
